The Game Ready Program is perfect for any athlete looking to build or refine their foundational volleyball skills. Whether the athlete is brand new to the sport or looking to sharpen their abilities, this program offers structured training that supports every stage of development.
- Teach and enhance essential volleyball skills: passing, setting, serving, and hitting
- Build understanding of game play, rules, and team strategy
- Instill sportsmanship, resilience, and a positive attitude
- Strengthen confidence and inspire a lasting love for the game
Training Schedule:
- Twice per week for all age groups
- Weekly Practices (1 ½ hrs)
- Targeted skill development through structured drills and instruction
- Practice/Game Ready Sessions (2 hrs):
- First half of the session continues to focus on targeted skill development
- Second half of the session involves scrimmaging and game-like scenarios that apply and reinforce skills
